Return policy

By mail

1.    Complete the return application.

 

2.    At the Russian Post office, ask for an Inventory of 107 and fill it out (forms are available in all offices). One copy put in the parcel, the other take yourself. Both copies shall bear the signature of the branch officer and the seal. For more information about the inventory, see the website of the Russian Post.

 

3.    Send the parcel to the address: 119571, Moscow, Motor, 7. SP Kaurava Tatiana.

 

If you return the goods with defects or marriage (inadequate quality), you will be returned the money for the shipment. To do this, send a copy of the receipt to help@adarmarket.ru

 

 

 

Terms and conditions

 

 

When can I return items

         Within 3 days — almost any goods. At this time, you can check the order and return both goods with damage or marriage, and goods that did not fit or did not like.

 

 What items cannot be returned within 3 days

 

You will not be able to return some goods from the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 19.01.1998 №55:

 

· Textiles sold by the meter

 

· Animals and plants

 

· Cars and other number units

 

· Food

 

· Jewelry and other items made of precious metals and (or) precious stones, faceted gems

 

· Medicines

 

· Digital goods

 

 

 

· Within 60 days — goods that did not fit or did not like (good quality). Some products fail to bring the law and rules Hotclick24.ru.

 

 

 

 What items cannot be returned within 60 days

 

You will not be able to return some goods from the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 19.01.1998 №55:

· Cars and other number units

· Jewelry and other items made of precious metals and (or) precious stones, faceted gems

· Non-periodical publications (books, brochures, albums, cartographic and musical editions, sheet editions, calendars, booklets, publications reproduced on technical media)

 

· Hosiery, linen goods

 

· Personal care products (toothbrushes, combs, hair clips, hair curlers, wigs, hairpieces and other similar products)

 

· Perfumery and cosmetic products

 

· Antiques and art objects

 

· During the warranty period, products with flaws or defects (inadequate quality). The default warranty period is 30 days, unless the manufacturer specifies a longer warranty period.

 

 

 

Return policy

 Goods that do not fit or do not like (good quality), can be returned if:

 

 

· no signs of use;

 

· you have not installed or activated any software (for devices);

 

· preserved trade dress;

 

· packaging is not damaged;

 

· preserved consumer properties (including not expired shelf life);

 

· you return the entire set of items (for example, both volumes for a book in two volumes).

 

When and how the money will return

We will refund your money:

 

· for goods — for any goods;

 

· for delivery — for goods with defects or defects.

 

The money for the goods and delivery are returned separately and can come at different times. If you return multiple items, the money can be returned separately for each item.

 

 

 

Term

Within 10 days after we receive the goods, we will check it and send the money. Usually the money is returned in 2-3 days. If you need additional time to check the goods, we will contact you.
